of pawns & kings is a coming-of-age story that centers around the swashbuckling adventures of a 17-year-old boy named Nikolas(Nik) who lives with his grandfather Erasmus on a quiet tropical island. His simple life gets turned upside-down when a mysterious visitor arrives and his grandpa disappears. He must now go on a journey to search for the only family he has left.

Nikolas is accompanied by a talking toucan named Fitzgeraldo who, despite his efforts to help, causes trouble more often than not. Experience a sprawling main story spread across more than 10 chapters, each one seeing Nik mature and grow as he faces all kinds of hardships and challenges. He will travel to foreign lands with different environments to explore during his search.

He will meet and interact with various individuals who will offer friendly help. However, some are not so kind and have hidden agendas. Nik will also learn more about his family's history and the secrets they hide. Now, as of this writing, of pawns & kings is not out yet, and there are a few months left before its official release.
